“From the village to the capital!” – a video journey into the past of the capital for the Day of Astana

On the eve of the holiday on July 5 of this year, the Museum of Local Lore hosted an educational hour for the Day of the Capital “From the village to the capital”. The event was attended by students of the children’s recreation area of the S.Ergaliev Secondary School. During the event, the museum staff familiarized with the history of the city of Astana and showed all the most beautiful and significant places of the main city of our Homeland in the presentation. Then the event was held in a playful way: the children competed in an intellectual game, answered questions, solved a crossword puzzle, talked about the rituals and traditions of the Kazakh people. The event ended with logical and educational games.
