Every year on April 15, many countries around the world celebrate Ecology Day. Various events are dedicated to this event in the museum. So for 6th grade students of the secondary school named after. S. Ergaliev, museum staff conducted an ecological hour “Nature is the home where we live.” Guys learned that modern man is influenced every day by a huge number of chemical, physical, biological and other environmental factors. Some of these factors affect us positively, others poison us. Together with the participants of the event, we thought about the responsibility of everyone for their actions, about the opportunity to return the planet to its purity and health. Currently, humanity is faced with a number of global environmental problems that have arisen due to thoughtless, irresponsible human actions – from global climate change and reduction of biodiversity to urban pollution. These and other problems were discussed at the environmental hour, and also answered questions in an ecology quiz.
