Ivan Ivanovich Dyachkov is the founder of the Rudnensky Museum of Local Lore, the B. Mailin Museum of Local Lore, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, a writer, a local historian. The holder of the honorary badge of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Madeniyet Kayratkeri“. He has published 10 books on the history of the city of Rudny, Taranovsky district and Kostanay region. Honorary Cultural Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Laureate of the Kazyna Philanthropic Prize, Laureate and Diplomat of many city and regional literary song and music competitions. He was awarded four orders, the Order of “Kurmet“, many government and other medals.
