Tuesok or burak is a small oblong box made of birch bark and having a wooden bottom.
The inner part is able to hold liquid. For the making of the tuesok, skoloten was used. It is a whole birch bark from the trunk. They stock up `the birch bark d specially at a certain time of the year. It takes skills not to damage the tree.
The birch box is made without nails, glue and other extra fasteners.
Somewhere the edges are fixed by the pine roots which is placed between the woven sides.
In everyday life, the birch bark tuesok was used for storing food or small things.
