On October 16 of the current year, the B. Mailin Museum of History and Local Lore organized a traveling photo-documentary exhibition titled “Republic of Kazakhstan – My Homeland” within the walls of the S. Yergaliyev General Education School, dedicated to the formation and development of independent Kazakhstan.
As part of the exhibition, students learned about the most important stages of the country’s history — from the adoption of the Declaration on State Sovereignty to the modern achievements of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The presented photographs reflected the development of the state, its cultural and spiritual heritage, as well as the sights and architectural landmarks of the capital.
The exhibition is aimed at fostering patriotism, building respect for the history and state symbols of Kazakhstan, and strengthening a sense of pride in the native country.
