On August 14, employees of the local history museum named after Beimbet Mailin held a thematic conversation on the occasion of the International Day against Drug Addiction “Our World Without Drugs”.
The purpose of the conversation is to acquaint adolescent youth with information about the negative effects and negative consequences of the abuse of psychoactive (narcotic and psychotropic) substances.
Museum staff talked about the harmful effects of drugs on the human body, and also handed out information booklets on drug prevention to passers-by and urged them to lead a healthy lifestyle.
