As part of the concert program by the district’s creative groups titled “Mereyli Meretoy – 90!”, on July 16 of the current year, the B. Mailin Historical and Local History Museum presented a themed exhibition titled “Memory Through the Years” in the lobby of the E. Umurzakov District House of Culture. The exhibition was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Beimbet Mailin district.

With the help of archival documents and historically significant photographs, the exhibition showcased the key events of the region, including the labor achievements of enterprise leaders, local workforces, and labor veterans. During the tour, guests and attendees learned about the history and development stages of the Beimbet Mailin district. Visitors showed particular interest in unique items from the museum’s collection related to the lives and work of prominent figures such as B. Mailin, E. Umurzakov, S. Temirbayev, and many others.

The exhibition is aimed at preserving historical memory, popularizing cultural heritage, and fostering respect for the past of the native land.

Additionally, as part of the celebrations for the 90th anniversary of the district’s founding, a themed museum tour titled “Pages of Our Homeland’s History” was organized for labor veterans from the rural districts. The guests explored the museum exhibitions reflecting the history, culture, and prominent personalities of the district, warmly recalling the events of past years and sharing their own memories of the development of their native land.
