On the eve of the Day of the Capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on June 30 of this year, the B. Mailin Museum of Local Lore organized a photo and documentary exhibition entitled “Tauelsizdik Kelbeti”.
The exhibition presents about 20 photographs reflecting the history of the formation and development of the capital of our country, Astana.
The exhibition introduces visitors to the key stages of the capital’s development, its unique architectural appearance, significant state events and modern achievements.
Astana is the political, administrative, economic, scientific and cultural center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a symbol of independence and dynamic development of the state. Over the years, the capital has become a modern metropolis, where national traditions, innovative technologies and advanced architectural solutions are harmoniously combined.
The photo-documentary exhibition promotes a sense of patriotism, respect for the country’s history and pride in the achievements of independent Kazakhstan.
