Was held on August 27 this year, on the eve of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the staff of the B. Mailin Museum of Local Lore organized a thematic museum lesson on: “The guarantor of legality and sovereignty” for cultural workers and the youth resource center.

The main purpose of the event is to foster the patriotic spirit of young people, providing them with comprehensive information about the important role of the Constitution, legal education of young people, as well as to awaken and strengthen love for our country.

After the adoption of Kazakhstan’s sovereignty, the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was adopted on August 30, 1995. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the basic law of our country, it enshrines the basic principles and purpose of the state.

The Constitution establishes the limits and nature of State regulation in all major areas of social development, as well as the relationship between the State and the individual and the citizen.

During the information hour, the participants got acquainted with historical milestones in the development of constitutional legislation. A dialogue platform was created where participants discussed issues of constitutional development. The event was accompanied by a video titled “The Constitution is the guarantor of legality and sovereignty,” and discussed what principles it contains and how the country’s main document guarantees people’s rights and freedoms, while ensuring sovereignty and stability. Special attention was paid to the historical importance of the adoption of the Constitution and its evolution taking into account modern realities.

The event was complemented by a thematic exhibition about the first Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which presents photographic and documentary material about G. Yerzhanov, who did a lot for the development of the country while creating a legal system.

The event aroused great interest and positive response from the visitors. According to them, such events help to better understand the country’s history and realize the importance of the Constitution in everyday life.
