On June 4, the Day of the State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the staff of the Museum of Local Lore conducted a thematic tour for students of the district schools undergoing basic military training.
The students got acquainted with the history of their native land, the cultural traditions of the Kazakh people, with outstanding personalities who left their mark in the history of the region. Special attention was paid to the state symbols — the Flag, the Coat of Arms and the Anthem of the Republic. The participants of the tour were told about the history of their creation, the importance of symbols as a reflection of the independence, sovereignty and unity of the people of Kazakhstan.
