On February 21, an educational video cruise “Sacred places of our Motherland“ was held at the Sapar Ergaliev secondary School, organized by the staff of the Museum of Local Lore for students in grades 8-9. During the virtual trip, the students learned about ten significant sites of the Kostanay region included in the republican sacred map. One of these places is the burial of Jabaga batyr, located near the village of Zhuravlevka.
Thanks to a specially prepared video, the children were able to take an online tour and touch the history of this sacred place. The event not only expanded the students‘ knowledge of the spiritual and cultural heritage of their native land, but also emphasized the importance of preserving historical values.
