On September 1, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev published a message to the people of Kazakhstan “the economic course of a fair Kazakhstan.”
Particular attention in the message was paid to such innovative areas as media, cinema, music, design, education, information technology – areas that contribute to economic development and employment.
Currently, the source of development of a truly inclusive economy is the “creative production” industries, in which the majority of the population relies on their creative potential and intellectual capital. Not only that, but the creative economy has a huge impact on the development of cities where the talented creative people live and love. In Kazakhstan, these industries are not developed and their share does not exceed one percent. This is a very low figure. Nevertheless, there are many Kazakhstanis who stare the world into the mouth with their talents.
Intellectual property is property, just like physical technology. Creative industry centers in Kazakhstan are located only in 3 cities (Astana, Almaty, Shymkent), other regions remain unnoticed. It is necessary to ensure the presence of centers for the commercialization of products of creative individuals in all regions of the republic. We must develop rights to protect intellectual property.
We must unite as a country and make a great contribution to the development of our state in order to promote the development of a creative economy and support homeowners, as stated in the Address of the Head of State. Only then will we be able to look confidently into the future. Showed the talent of creative youth. We can strive to become a competitive state. Let’s find out that this is our duty to the Motherland, to the generation.
