Torgai Eszhanovich Musakhanov was born on November 13, 1940 in the village of. Turgai, Dzhangeldy district, Kustanai region. In 1958, after graduating from the Korzhynkol school, he entered the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Kustanai Pedagogical Institute. In 1960 he transferred to the first year of the Alma-Ata State Medical Institute, graduated from it in 1965. He began his career in the Taranovskaya Central District Hospital. Since 1965 he worked as a doctor intern. After that, he was appointed deputy chief physician of the district central hospital for the medical part. Since 1984, he worked as the chief physician of the Taranovskaya regional central hospital. Since 1975, he had the highest qualification category of a surgeon. His work is highly appreciated by the Government of the Republic in the health care system of the district. He was awarded the USSR medal “For Labor Distinction” in 1976, the badge “Excellence in Public Health” of the USSR in 1982. In 1983 he was listed in the Book of Honor of the regional health department and the regional committee of the trade union of medical workers. For impeccable, conscientious work in the health care system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the successes achieved in the training of medical workers, he was awarded a diploma of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1994. By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1995, he was awarded the title “Kazakhstannyn enbek sinirgen kyzmetker”.
