On August 19 of this year, the B. Mailin Historical and Regional History Museum hosted an educational video cruise titled “My District — My Pride,” celebrating the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Beimbet Mailin District.
During the event, participants took a virtual journey through the pages of their native land’s history, discovering the story behind the district’s establishment, key milestones in its development, and significant events. Special focus was given to prominent locals, the labor achievements of residents, the growth of agriculture and industry, and the district’s modern successes. Attendees honored the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, recalled the reclamation of virgin lands, and remembered the individuals who made significant contributions to the region’s prosperity. The program concluded with an open discussion where participants shared their personal memories and spoke about what makes them most proud of their district.
Ninety years of history represents the destinies of several generations—their hard work, achievements, and devotion to their homeland—who continue to build the history of the Beimbet Mailin District.
