As part of the implementation of the “Taza Kazakhstan” program, on April 23 this year, the staff of the B. Mailin Museum of Local Lore conducted an environmental quiz about nature called “Eco -mind” for 8th grade students of the B. Mailin School.
During the event, students got acquainted with the goals and main directions of the program initiated in April 2024 by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Special attention was paid to the formation of an ecological culture, respect for nature and personal responsibility of each person for the state of the environment.
During the quiz, students took part in the task “What do we know about garbage and waste”, answered thematic questions and completed interactive tasks aimed at consolidating knowledge about ecology and waste recycling.
The event was accompanied by an educational video, which made it possible to more clearly reveal the topic of environmental protection.
In conclusion, the students noted the importance of preserving nature and the need for everyone’s personal contribution to maintaining a clean environment.
