On the eve of International Women’s Day on March 3 this year, the B. Mailin Museum of Local Lore hosted an educational hour called “Bright Women – Bright Destinies”, dedicated to March 8.
The event was aimed at introducing students to women in the field of education and aesthetic education, forming a respectful attitude towards women and an interest in the history of Kazakhstan. During the meeting, the guests learned about the history of the holiday, the role of women in modern society and their contribution to the development of the country.
The honorary guests of the event were the head of the Aigolek Nursery School of the Department of Education of the Beimbeta Mailina district, Abdullina Uldai Aligaparovna, the head of the Children’s Art School of the Department of Education of the Beimbeta Mailina district, Dosmukhambetova Valentina Mukhambetovna, and the teacher of the art department of the art studio of the village of Maysky, Savitskaya Svetlana Viktorovna. They shared their memories of their professional career, talked about the importance of preschool and art education, and answered students’ questions. Within the framework of the event, a musical number was presented by an employee of the E. Umurzakov House of Culture, as well as interactive tasks and games were organized, where the children took an active part.
The meeting was held in a warm, festive atmosphere and became another confirmation that women are a source of inspiration, wisdom and creative force of society.
