“Prosper my Kazakhstan!” is a patriotic hour.

As part of the celebration of the Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 23, the museum staff held a patriotic hour “Prosper my Kazakhstan!“ for students of grades 3-6 of the Sapar Yergaliev secondary school. The purpose of this event is to form students‘ patriotic consciousness, deepen knowledge about the culture, history and symbols of Kazakhstan, as well as develop intellectual skills through gaming and cognitive formats. The event is aimed at fostering pride in your country and its achievements, as well as developing interest in exploring your native land. During the event, students answered questions from an educational quiz dedicated to the main symbols of the country, historical dates, the most important events of the state, famous personalities of whom the Motherland is proud. The students also played the game “Find the same one“, collected a geographical map of Kazakhstan by region. At the end of the patriotic hour, the students shared their impressions and emotions, discussed what they had learned about their country, and expressed a desire to continue studying its history and culture. The event was an important step in the formation of children‘s feelings of pride and love for their native Kazakhstan.
