On November 15, 2024, Beimbet Zharmagambetovich Mailin celebrates his 130th birthday. In honor of the significant event on November 12, the B.Mailin Museum of Local Lore held an evening concert on the theme: “Beyimbet Mailin – olkemizdin maktanyshy“ “Forever in the hearts and memory“ for secondary schools named after Sapar Ergaliev and Bembet Mailin, school teachers and cultural staff also took part.
Sucha significant event began with a welcoming speech by the head of the museum, Svetlana Alekseevna emphasized the great importance of the writer, poet and playwright, told the story of the creation of the exposition dedicated to Beimbet Mailin. A slide presentation prepared by the museum staff highlighted the difficult life and creative path of a man who is called a singer of his native land, the national pride of the Kazakh people. A writer of versatile talent, Beimbet Mailin created original works of almost all genres of literature, which remain relevant today. During the event, an employee of the House of Culture Aybek Bazarbayuly performed a musical number. The cultural staff played an excerpt from the work of the comedy genre “Neke kiyar“. An important point was the speech of the teacher of the B. Mailin secondary school Aigul Astanovna, who told how often children are interested in the works of the writer, as well as about the small museum opened at the B.Mailin school dedicated to the life and work of Beimbet Zharmagambetovich Mailin. Makpal Dosymbaykyzy shared which works of Mailin are studied at the Sapar Yergaliev school and expressed confidence that the younger generation continues to be interested in the writer‘s work. The head of the regional CBS Gauhar Zhaksylykovna told about the events held to mark the anniversary of the writer, and how they help to popularize his work among schoolchildren and the population.
In conclusion, Svetlana Alekseevna thanked all those present for participating in the event and expressed the hope that the memory of Beimbet Mailin will live in the hearts of future generations.
