“Tenge – ultyk currency” is a business game.

On the eve of the celebration of the national currency –tenge, on November 12 of this year, the B. Mailin Museum of Local Lore held a business game on the topic: “Tenge – ultyk currency“ for students of the 4th grades of the B.Mailin secondary school.

The purpose of the event was to provide students with information about the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to familiarize them with the history of its origin, as well as to determine the role and importance of tenge in the country’s economy and in the life of every person. During the meeting, the students got acquainted with the history of the introduction of the national currency tenge into national circulation, and then took part in a quiz game, answering questions about banknotes, guessing logical puzzles, riddles, and playing the game “Find the same one“.

The event helped the children to better understand how important the currency is for the development of the country, and also formed their idea of the value of money and its importance in everyday life. At the end of the event, the students demonstrated their knowledge and shared their impressions!
