On June 18 of this year, the B. Mailin Museum of Local Lore hosted an educational hour “Law and Order” with the participation of the head of the administrative police department of the Beimbet Mailin district Police Department, police captain Azat Sakenuly.
The event was aimed at improving the legal literacy of young people, preventing offenses and cyberbullying, as well as clarifying the principle of “Law and Order”, implemented at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, the participants learned about the most common Internet fraud schemes, the use of SIP telephony and SIM boxes by intruders, responsibility for participating in criminal schemes as droppers, as well as measures to protect themselves from the actions of fraudsters. In addition, information was provided on the possibilities of digital services, including the eGov Mobile application, through which citizens can contact law enforcement agencies and report violations.
At the end of the meeting, Police Captain Azat Sakenuly answered the questions of the participants and gave practical recommendations on compliance with security measures.
Such events contribute to the improvement of legal culture, the formation of law-abiding behavior and responsible attitude of citizens to public safety issues.
