Sakan Oralbayev was born in 1905 in village No. 22 of the Kustanai district of the Turgai region in the family of a farmhand. I started working at the age of thirteen. After the October Revolution, he was an active fighter for the establishment of Soviet power in our region. In April 1931, he was accepted as a candidate member of the party by the Karabalyk Committee of the CPSU(b) and remained faithful to its ideas until his last days. He worked as chairman of the collective farm, chairman of the executive committee of the village council. Participant of the Great Patriotic War. After demobilization, in 1946, S. Oralbayev returned to his native lands, worked as a farm manager, foreman, chairman of the Aktobe collective farm. He was repeatedly elected a deputy of the village, rural and district Councils of People’s Deputies. His services to the motherland were awarded the Order of the Patriotic War and four medals.
