On August 15, 2025, the museum hosted an educational video cruise “Sacred Kazakhstan: sacred places of our Motherland.”
The purpose of the event was to introduce young visitors to the historical monuments and sacred sites of Kostanay region, which were identified during ethnographic expeditions and included in the republican register of sacred sites.
During the video tour, the children learned that the project “Sacred Geography of Kazakhstan” is a key element in preserving national identity. They were told about 34 sacred sites of national significance and 24 from the regional register.
At the end of the event, the children took part in a lively discussion, sharing their impressions and new knowledge about the sacred places of their Homeland.
