The B. Mailin Museum of Local Lore presents four exhibitions dedicated to the work of the needlewomen of our district.
The first showcase features an exhibition of handmade textile dolls by Elena Binkovskaya from the village of Ayet. The craftswoman has created more than 100 unique dolls: Alice, the Frog Traveler, Mia Bunny and many others. At the exhibition, you can see interior dolls — a sheep, a gnome, as well as amulet dolls.
The second showcase features an exhibition of family art works, items from the Trufanova E. and Marketan Yu Museum collection. under the title “The skillful hands of our family.“ The exhibition features about 20 works by Trufanova E. and Marketan Yu.
The third showcase introduces visitors to the work of the librarian of the regional children‘s library of the village of Ayet — Gulnur Vladimirovna Yeralieva. The exhibition presents handmade products: bags, pillows and balls.
The final exhibition is dedicated to the work of the amateur artist Olga Rogalskaya from the village of Mayskoye. Her works are filled with love for her native nature, warmth and sincere feelings for her small homeland. The B. Mailin Museum continues to delight its guests with new exhibitions, revealing the talents and creativity of the residents of our district.
