The exhibition is dedicated to a wonderful, hardworking man, who for many of his working years worked as the head of the district territorial inspectorate of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, engaged in public activities – Balan Vladimir Vasilyevich. Vladimir Vasilyevich is a professional with a capital letter. His whole life was spent in his native Taranovsky district. He was born in the state farm “Nikolaevsky” of the Asenkritovsky rural district, Taranovsky district. After graduating from eight years of school, he entered the Kostanay Agricultural College with a degree in veterinary medicine. After graduating from college, he returned to his native village. He started working as a senior veterinarian. There was a thirst to learn more. He graduated from the South Ural Veterinary Academy in absentia with a degree in veterinary medicine. He worked at the state farm for eight years. He was engaged in social activities. In 1981, he was elected chairman of the trade union committee of the state farm, where he worked until 1987. In 1994, Vladimir Vasilyevich was appointed head of the district veterinary station. In 1999, the regional substation was reorganized into the territorial administration of the Ministry of Agriculture, and in 2006 it was transformed into the district territorial inspectorate of the Ministry of Agriculture (district territorial inspectorate of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan). The exhibition presents photographic materials telling about the work path, diplomas and letters of thanks about Vladimir Vasilyevich’s work achievements, which tell about dedication to his favorite business, a professional who showed good knowledge of his business, many years of practical experience and undoubtedly a high degree of responsibility with which he approached the work.
