A certificate of rehabilitation is a document that is issued by the prosecutor’s office, the court in cases and in accordance with the procedure determined by Law.
This archival certificate of April 16, 1957 contains information that the verdict of the Military College of February 26, 1938 was canceled due to newly discovered circumstances, and the case against Beimbet Maylin for counterrevolutionary and nationalist activities was discontinued for lack of corpus delicti. B. Zh. Maylin was rehabilitated posthumously.
