On April 21, 2026, the B. Mailin Museum of Local Lore hosted the grand opening of an exhibition entitled “Life given to Service”, dedicated to the veteran of law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and our countryman Nagumanov Bakhchan Kanapyanovich.
On this day, the relatives and friends of Bakhchan Kanapyanovich, representatives of the prosecutor’s office, members of the Council of Veterans and cultural workers gathered at the museum to express their respect for the man who devoted his life to serving the law and society.
During the event, the audience was told about the life and work path of the hero of the exhibition. Bakhchan Kanapyanovich has devoted more than thirty-seven years to his service in law enforcement agencies, having worked his way up from an investigator to a reputable and respected specialist. His professionalism, integrity and dedication to duty have been recognized by his colleagues and have received high awards.
The special attention of the guests was attracted by the personal exhibition, which presents personal documents, photographs and materials reflecting the stages of his service and contribution to the development of the prosecutor’s supervision of Kostanay region. The review of the exhibition allowed us to get to know more about the fate and achievements of our countryman.
During the meeting, Bakhchan Kanapyanovich himself spoke, sharing his memories of the beginning of the service, colleagues and significant events of his professional career.
Warm words and memories were expressed by the prosecutor of the Beimbet district, Mailin Bayzhanov Yerlan Erbulanovich, senior assistant prosecutor of the region – head of the personnel work group of the Prosecutor’s office of the Kostanay region, Mauletova Aiman Galikhanov, wife Lyudmila Artemyevna and chairman of the Council of Veterans of the district B. Mailin Ovcharova Raisa Sarsembaevna, which gave the meeting a special atmosphere of sincerity and respect.
The event ended with a speech by the head of the museum, Svetlana Rudik, in which she expressed gratitude to Bakhchan Kanapyanovich for his gratuitous transfer of documents, personal belongings and materials that will become an important part of the museum collection.
After the ceremony, a thematic tour of the museum’s exposition was conducted for the guests, during which the participants of the event were able to get to know the historical heritage of the region more closely.
The exhibition entitled “Life dedicated to service” became an important event in the jubilee years of the Beimbet Mailin district, demonstrating the life and work successes of significant countrymen, thereby setting an example to the younger generation about long-term service to society, generational continuity and respect for people who devoted their lives to protecting the law.
