On January 28 of this year, the B. Mailin Museum of Local Lore hosted a master class “Christmas Creativity”, dedicated to creating decorative crafts — a snow globe made of paper.

During the event, the participants got acquainted with the history and artistic image of snow globes, learned about their origin and significance in the culture of winter holidays. Snow globes have remained a symbol of comfort, warmth and winter mood for many years.

The participants created their own snow globes from the suggested materials. The works of the participants demonstrated an individual approach and precision of execution.

The master class promoted the development of imagination, accuracy and interest in decorative and applied art, and also gave the participants the atmosphere of a winter fairy tale and creative inspiration.
