Musakhanov Torgai Eszhanovich was born on November 13, 1940 in the village of Turgai in the Dzhangelda district of the Kostanay region. In 1958, after graduating from the Korzhynkol School, he entered the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Kostanay Pedagogical Institute. In 1960, he transferred to the first year of the Alma Ata State Medical Institute, graduated in 1965. He started his career at the Taranov Central district Hospital. Since 1965, he worked as a resident physician. After that, he was appointed deputy chief physician of the district central hospital for medical treatment. Since 1984, he has worked as the chief physician of the Taranovsky District Central Hospital. Since 1975, he has had the highest qualification category of a surgeon. His work is highly appreciated by the Government of the Republic in the healthcare system of the district. He was awarded the USSR medal “For Labor Distinction” in 1976, the badge “Excellent Healthcare Worker” of the USSR in 1982. In 1983, he was listed in the Book of Honor of the regional Health Department and the regional committee of the trade Union of medical workers. For his impeccable, conscientious work in the healthcare system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the successes achieved in the training of medical workers, he was awarded a certificate of honor from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1994. By decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1995, he was awarded the title of “Kazakstannyn enbek sirgen kyzmetker”.
