Since the founding of the museum, 10 foundations have been created:

| Fund No. 3 | “Collection of participants of the Great Patriotic War” |
| Fund No. 4 | “Collection of documents of Heroes of Socialist Labor, people of labor” |
| Fund No. 5 | “Collection of documents of soldiers-internationalists” |
| Fund No. 6 | “Collection of documents of the first virgin lands” |
| Fund No. 7 | “Collection of documents of soldiers who died heroically in the army |
| Fund No. 8 | “Collection of documents of personal origin of participants in revolutionary events” |
| Fund No. 9 | “Collection of documents of artists, composers and poets of the region” |
| Fund No. 10 | “Collection of documents of people subjected to repression” |
All collections are annually replenished with documentary and photographic materials, as well as new museum items that carry scientific, cultural and historical value. Throughout the time, active work has been carried out with the population to identify, study and collect objects of museum significance and develop new funds for further replenishment of museum collections.
At this time, as of January 1, 2023, there are 8629 museum items in the funds.
All items have undergone scientific and electronic processing and have been registered with the state. The number of museum objects of the main fund on electronic media is 5026 units.
