On July 11, an educational program called “The rights of a small person“ was organized for children attending the children‘s recreation area.
The museum staff spoke about the importance of children‘s rights and the importance of their observance. The purpose of the event is to introduce children to their rights, teach them how to use them competently, and develop elements of legal culture. During the program, participants learned how to define their rights, analyze the actions of others, and form a sense of self–worth, kindness, respect for other people, and love for the Motherland.
The children got acquainted with the provisions of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, participated in educational games and interactive tasks on knowledge of their rights. The meeting ended with a general conclusion: it is important to know and respect your rights, while respecting the rights of others.
