Balyshev Viktor Ivanovich was born on 17.01.1935 in the village of Vorobyovka of the Zatobolsky district of the Kostanay region was born into a peasant family. His parents died early, so V.I. was raised in the family of his older sister. In 1950, he graduated from the 7th grade and entered the Kostanay Agricultural College, in 1954 he graduated with a degree in Animal Science. From October 1954, he served in the ranks of the SA of the Kiev garrison of Brovary, an engineering and technical regiment, in February 1957, for health reasons, he was discharged from the reserve with the rank of sergeant. Balyshev V.I. began his career on April 16, 1957, as a senior zootechnician at the Kostanay State Forestry Station. On 08/04/1963, he was transferred to the head of the Taranovsky Poultry Farm, where he worked in this position until 1955 (he was dismissed due to retirement). During his work, V.I. Balyshev graduated in 1977 from the Kostanay branch of the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute in absentia, and received a diploma in animal science. One of the main tasks of the chief of animal science is the organization of proper nutrition, maintenance and feeding of poultry. 10/30/1967 for the introduction of advanced technology in the care, maintenance, feeding and improvement of egg production of poultry. Balyshev V.I. is listed in the book of honor of the interregional trust Poultry Industry. In the mid70s, with the participation of Viktor Ivanovich, a zootechnical laboratory was established and chemical and technological control was introduced, all zootechnical work began to be carried out on a scientific basis. The zootechnical laboratory systematically analyzed the incoming compound feed for nutritional value. After the study, recipes were compiled with fortification of feed with vitamins and trace elements. As a result of the wellorganized work of the zootechnical laboratory and the feeding of poultry with high-quality balanced feeds, egg production increased significantly from 180 to 260 eggs per year per chicken. Every year of work, and in the process of applying all advanced technologies, great successes have been achieved by the Taranovsky poultry farm. The achieved results in terms of production and technical indicators allowed the Taranovsky poultry farm to become one of the best farms in the USSR. During his work, Balyshev V.I. was a frequent participant in the VDNH in Moscow. He was awarded one gold medal, two silver and two bronze medals at VDNH. Viktor Ivanovich was awarded the Orders of the Red Banner of Labor (1971) and Friendship of Peoples (1981) for many years of work.
