New Year’s Serpentine is a subject exhibition from stock collections.

On December 25 of this year, the B. Mailin Museum of Local Lore presents an object exhibition from the stock collections – “New Year’s Serpentine“.

The exhibition features about 30 unique exhibits that transport visitors to the atmosphere of the holidays of several decades ago. Among the exhibits you can see not only New Year’s toys, but also souvenirs related to animals of the Eastern calendar. This calendar, in which each year is associated with one of the 12 animals, is an invariably repeating cycle reflecting the relationship between years and symbols.

The exhibition will be a great opportunity to remember bygone times and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of celebration and warmth.
