On September 11, the staff of the B.Mailin Museum of Local Lore organized a photo-documentary exhibition “Serving Justice and Law” dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Lutsenko G.P. Within its framework, we want to introduce you to the work and personal biography of our countryman, Colonel-General Gennady Pavlovich Lutsenko.
He was born on November 7, 1940 in the village of Viktorovka, Taranovsky district, Kostanay region.
He graduated from a technical college in Magnitogorsk and worked as a machinist at a metallurgical plant.
In 1965 he entered Perm State University, and in 1969 he was assigned to the prosecutor’s office of the Semiozerny district of the Kostanay region, worked as an intern, then as an investigator.
From 1972 to 1981, he was a senior investigator at the Rudny city Prosecutor’s Office, prosecutor of the Borovsky district, instructor at the Kostanay Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, head of the Department of administrative bodies of the regional party committee.
In 1985-1992, he headed the prosecutor’s offices of Kostanay and North Kazakhstan regions. To this day, he is remembered with gratitude by the staff of the prosecutor’s office of the North Kazakhstan region, where Gennady Pavlovich managed to secure the allocation of office apartments and buildings for the regional prosecutor’s office.
In 1995-1996, he worked as a senior assistant to the prosecutor of Kostanay region for the systematization of legislation and information, from where he retired after reaching retirement age.
Throughout his working life, he carried the high human and professional qualities of a lawyer. His achievements were marked with medals “For labor valor”, “For the development of virgin lands”, “Veteran of Labor”, “20 years of Victory over Nazi Germany”, badge “Honorary Employee of the Prosecutor’s Office”, “50 years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War”, “Kazakhstan Republikasyn tauelsizdigine 20 zhyl”, “Kazakhstan Republikasyn The prosecutor’s office is 20 years old.”
Together with his wife Galina Ivanovna, he raised his daughter Natalia, who followed in her father’s footsteps and chose the field of law as a professional path.
Gennady Pavlovich Lutsenko died on September 30, 2015.
