On the eve of the celebration of Defenders of the Fatherland Day, employees of the B. Mailin Museum of History and Local Lore in the foyer of the regional House of Culture named after E. Umurzakov organized for visitors a photo-documentary exhibition “Courage, Courage and Honor” and a banner exhibition about the soldiers of the fighting of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict of 1986-1991 . “Karabakh is the main word of all desires.”As part of the exhibition, you can learn a brief history of the creation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the story of the conscript soldiers of the Presidential Guard, and our fellow countrymen, the brave soldiers who served. The exhibition presents photographic materials of various troops of the Armed Forces. And also Nagorno-Karabakh is a national military conflict – the only one on the territory of the former Soviet Union in which two independent states are directly involved. Moreover, in the late 1990s, the Karabakh conflict contributed to the formation of groupings of states opposing each other in the Caucasus and around it.
