On November 15, 2024, in the district House of Culture named after E. Umurzakov, on the day of the celebration of the 130th anniversary of Beimbet Zharmagambetovich Mailin, the B. Mailin Museum of Local Lore organized a thematic exhibition “Chroniclers of Great Times“ telling about the life, work and creativity of three outstanding figures, the founders of Kazakh literature, highly gifted artists of the native Kazakh word, who were united by one the epoch and one fate about B. Mailin, S. Seifulin and I. Dzhansugurov.
The exhibition also presents paintings made in watercolor by an unknown artist, handed over by the writer‘s daughter, which depict different stages of Beimbet Mailin‘s life, including his childhood, adolescence and adolescence. The portrait work of Grandma Boyd was also presented, as well as illustrations for the works of B. Mailin, such as “Communist Raushan“ and “Red Striped Fur Coat“. The exhibition was viewed at a festive event among visitors and guests of the village, designed to learn lessons from the past and educate the younger generation by the example of outstanding personalities of the country.
