On August 13 of this year, the B. Mailin Historical and Regional History Museum hosted a workshop titled “Road to the Past,” dedicated to Railway Worker’s Day.
During the event, the children learned about the history of railways and the earliest trains, exploring the unique features of the first steam locomotives and the vital role of rail transport in society. The participants actively joined in an informative discussion and shared their personal impressions of traveling by train.
The hands-on segment was dedicated to creating mosaics from colored paper. The children crafted images of steam locomotives using small bits of paper, demonstrating imagination, precision, and a creative touch.
The workshop served as an engaging mix of educational information and hands-on creativity, allowing the children to discover more about the history of railway transport while crafting their own themed artwork.
