As part of the exhibition project “Zhenis rukhyna tagzym“: “In memory of the Great Victory“, the museum staff is launching an online post dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory about WWII veteran Alexei Vlasovich Ivanov. Alexey Vlasovich Ivanov was born in 1920. He was drafted into the Red Army in 1941. He fought in the 1247th Infantry regiment of the 377th Infantry Division. He was demobilized in 1942. In the post-war years he worked in the editorial office of the newspaper “Mayak“. He died in 1982, and was buried in Taranovskoye village.
